Mission:

Like those who have a dream to fly, eighteen years ago we too had a dream.  Our mission from the onset has been to provide retailers across the globe with superior quality products, breathtaking and accurate artwork, and most importantly exceptional service.

Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST), Monday to Friday

Payment, Price and Availability:

Labusch Skywear uses Paypal as the Payment provider. You can use your Paypal account or you can Pay through Paypal using your VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Prices and availability of our items are subject to change without notice.  While we try to maintain both factors, some events are beyond our control.  We will contact you by email or phone if you item is on back order.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will be given the choice during the checkout process on the service of your order. ONLY Expedited and Xpress Post Shipping Options provide a track-able service, all other services are NON-TRACKABLE. Shipping charges are based upon the packaged weight of your order. Thus, shipping heavier items costs more than lightweight items.

The easiest way to know what the shipping charges will be is to put the items into your shopping cart and then proceed through the checkout. The exact shipping charges will be displayed before you are required to enter a credit card number.

We will ship all orders freight prepaid, but you should check with your local authorities about any additional fees which you may need to pay on the delivery-end. For order shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number if applicable. Note for US customers using a track-able service you will need to track your order using both Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca).

Shipments to international destinations are subject to Customs & Duties and may be assessed VAT taxes by your local jurisdiction. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items are established by your local government and is always the responsibility of the recipient. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and other complicated factors and is determined by your local Customs office. Our shipping systems are automated, so we are unable to under-declare the value of parcels.

We will try our best to process, package, and mail within 2-3 business days.

If Canada Post's confirmation records indicate that your order is not shown as having been delivered, within four weeks, we will replace your order at no cost to you. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order.

Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery.

Return Policy:

We undersand that sometimes an item you order is not what you wanted or expected.  Should this occur, let us know within 30 days of the order, and we will exchange the item or refund its purchase price.  The original invoice must accompany the item for the exchange or refund.
